Mannequin-to-Model

As part of the Stage Stores e-commerce photo studio team, I was tasked with designing and implementing a cost-saving, in-house, mannequin-to-model editing workflow. This consisted of isolating merchandise shot on mannequin, then overlaying the garments onto a selection of over 100 reusable, multi-layered model templates, using a highly automated process of Photoshop actions for retouching and compositing.
